IKeybo, the virtual laser keyboard to write on your smartphone
IKEYBO |
The keyboard of a touch screen has no comparison with a conventional keyboard in terms of convenience or speed of writing, so writing long texts on a smartphone can be very tiring. To solve this problem has arrived iKeybo, a virtual laser keyboard that is projected on any type of surface. Thanks to this, you can write on your mobile phone as if you did it on your computer wherever you are.
IKeybo is an external battery-sized device equipped with a laser that projects the virtual keyboard and a pulse recognition system that identifies the keys we press. Unlike other laser keyboards, the design of the keys is round and not square, which facilitates writing and prevents erroneous characters from being entered.
This virtual laser keyboard is available with the special characters of four languages (Spanish, English, Arabic and Chinese), and also includes a virtual studio with the keyboard of four musical instruments.
The device connects to the mobile via Bluetooth and is configured through the application for iOS and Android. It incorporates a 2.000 mAh battery that gives a ten-hour use time, and also can be used as power bank to charge other electronic devices.
Serafim Tech, the company that designed iKeybo, has launched a crowdfunding campaign to market its product through the support of small sponsors. The project has been well received and, although there are still about two months to close the participation, they are already very close to the $ 50,000 they have set as an economic goal.
Do you want to buy this virtual laser keyboard? You can get him on the KickStarter page for $ 89 (84.07 euros at current exchange rate), and when it hits the market it will cost $ 159. The manufacturer estimates that the delivery of the orders will take place from the month of May 2017.
